Let Bryan's Florist  be your first choice for flowers.  We do not have an on-site greenhouse.   On some occasions a 24 - 48 hr notice will be required to locate and order specials.

Feel free to wear a mask either way you are welcome in our store. . You may also need to be buzzed into the building, there is a door bell located in our lobby. Our hours are displayed below and on our window. Normally our hours are... M - F 8:30 - 4:00, Sat. 8:00 - 2:00 closed Sunday. There will be limitations on certain flowers and delivery areas. You may call 219-947-1516 or visit our website at www.bryansflorists.com . If after hours we have an answering machine with updated business hours. Please share your question and leave your name, date , purpose of your call and contact phone number. Cities are limited as well as flower availability. We are currently delivering to local cities, including, Hobart, Lake Station, Portage, along with portions of Gary and Merrillville. To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, please place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. On rare occasions such as inclement weather, power outage and family emergencies our store may close early or be closed for the day. We have an answering machine which gives you an opportunity to leave a message. On the next open business day we will contact you, providing you leave your name, phone number and purpose of your call. Thank You.

Delivery Policy

A local delivery fee of $9.50 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

U.S. orders must be received before 11:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate time slots, but cannot promise .  Each day presents a different delivery availability.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day. 

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Please allow at least 24-48 Hours for delivery on the following items: TF148-3, TF149-1, TF25-1, TF142-1, TF112-1, TF131-2, TF129-1, TF136-1, TF134-1, TF147-3, TF142-3, TF149-1, TF213-2, TF213-3, TF219-3, TF136-3, TF148-1, TF213-1, TF134-1, TF136-2, TF137-1 and TF137-2.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Delivery Policy

***For special occasions***.  Example, Get Well and Sympathy . Our policy is to call the recipient ahead.  This is a courtesy offered to make it easier on the receiver.  We ask them what day and time works best for them.  We do not disclose who the sender is.  Just that there is a scheduled delivery.  Items are not left like other businesses.  We personally hand deliver the item and document a signature and time of delivery.  If this is something you wish not to be included in, please add that to the special instructions.  If this is chosen and we arrive and no one is home, we cannot redeliver the item.  It will be marked for pick up only.  Remember  to leave a contact phone number for the recipient.
